V's Leek, Potato and Stilton Cheese Soup

V's Leek, Potato and Stilton Cheese Soup, originally uploaded by formalfallacy @ Dublin (Victor).

The recipe is so easy, just like any soup [1] , cook the vegetables in stock until soft and blend them. Add the cheese (English Stilton)
Ingredients: Onions, Garlic, Potato, Leeks, Stock and salt+pepper
